Currently as we all no there's alot of clutter in terms of Mats , Gems.
We have recently had the Large Wep / Arm cache added. How about a Craft gem - all new mats x4 drops per drop. and Gems gem - all gems medium apart from a sd. x1 drops per drop As Elders drop Basic Alt Gems. Saves all new crafting mats being drops in the list it replaces 6 items with 1. Again just a thought ppl. Your friendly Neighbourhood d0n xD

There definitely is a case for Elder mags dropping gems as medium size instead of small, with the exception of diamonds.
The rate in which the negamare tier of mats drop is frankly abysmal apart from cloudy bones, the only way to really farm for robust boards, scarlet bars etc is farming whelps, which is counterproductive since it pisses off anyone farming elders/mags. I do like the idea of a new alt gem purely for trading for negamare mats. Hand them to trader which then would give you a list of the negamare tier mats and pick which type of mat you want to exchange the negamare alt gem.
