Every now and again with recent update my helmet disappears in inventory, but still looks equipped on character outside f10. Not sure what triggers it, but the last time it happened was when I SRed my equipped gear.
Assume it makes no difference apart from visual though, I'd have thought the upgrades still work even if its not shown?

I get this in dsoma and if you switch helm it goes into inventory invisible until you relog
