Are the new tools available to us for map dev? I remember they were released on your old forum whenever someone developed stuff?

Found the old somadev forum and and old post I originally helped with (gallim)

Are they still applicable? Wouldn't mind getting back into it again, noticed the bug for vod where you can walk up mountains and gaps in the cliffs is still there but can be fixed using the tools.

Noticed you come here more than discussion hall, I need something to keep me occupied :)
