Given a 8hr time limit for counter bids. Only give 1hr to recounter from 3 1/5 hrs into the original 8.

yeah a tad bit stupid on my end. Apologies. I was suddenly on a rush coz ill be leaving for quite some time, hence, I shortened the time allotted to counter.
