Add a guaranteed hit to these auras;

80% of your damage to paralyse
100% of your damage to concuss

Since you can now cast an attacking aura while keeping a static aura up, axe feels a bit lacking with gameplay.

I'd really like 3rd and 5th to replicate ctf slow instead of current. More than happy to add damage to it if the slow gets changed too.
