If you have 100 in say Armor crafting you get 1 special rep.

Then you get 70 in wep, you can SR wep allso, but still only 1 SR

But if you get 130 in armor, and 100 in wep. Do you then have 3 SR? or still just 2?

Just two still mate. 100/70/70 is one. 130/70/70 is two. 170/70/70 is three and 200/70/70 is 4.

No need to get the second or third skill to 100 also.
