BUT, the reason is that some of the above is very cheeky as in; 3 x TPs for 1 scroll - Negamare Scrolls sell at a premium and any scroll is especially useful for a PKer (which he is) Valour got snook in (as it always does with these things) Halving requirements for gems is insane and will melt the economy in diamonds.
