Advise you state you will end the bid at a non specified time.
E.g. I will end bids on Wednesday evening whenever I feel appropriate. Some people are known to be cheap and will bid 1 extra herb 5 seconds before the closing time. This way you will likely get more bids and higher value for your item if people dont know when it will end.
