Rested xp and blue skill

ZORRO	Hi , Just wondering if anyone has tested this, if I get .5% rested exp. then healed from 13 int at level 40 would I get double int and blue magic gains unlimited ? RAZOR	Definitely works with other spells I can't see why it wouldn't work with heal. It could be different from the test server now that they've got it working with con too. ZORRO	razor it could only work with heal or other non damaging spells. anything that causes dmg gains exp and would use the rested exp. there for int gains would stop. Obviously this only works for as long as healing gives int.
