Healing Wicked/Devil moral in ToV - Receive pk immunity penalty

Happened yesterday, team work proved a risky business yesterday when healing/curing Weddingcake, I got a no-pk immunity of 5 hours.

Is it possible to make ToV an exception to immunity loss being given, think PK mode is off anyway in that map?
