Question about the armory drop rate numbers and the current rates (/rates)

LOUKI	Great change btw and with the different numbers depending about conti and ctf etc One question thow ... atm we have like 3x drop and leveling rates when you time /rates Is the drop % on armoury a baseline or is the 3x increased drop rates already taken into account? eg Mystical Fragment at vafers 0.12% 0.13% with Conti Is it 0.12% with the current 3x rates? Or is it 0.36 ...
