Whenever you want. Seriously it doesn't matter on here: perhaps only with regards to what stat you want to be higher in first.

with the Birthday bugs available atm, most people prefer to start with getting con on em to at least 18 so u get 7HP per level after that, the earlier on the better.
next, stick to your main wep till u get good enough str/dex to take on scale raptors. kill scalies till 33 int, then move on to gazers, elder gazers, prisms etc. on here it doesnt matter about mixing levels
