Can´t create a Guild

ZPANKI	Hi I have tried to make a guild in Dsoma. But i get "you need to be atleast lvl 30" My lvl is 40+ so any ide what´s wrong? AYMANOV	Charisma is gained when u hunt as the leader of a party; meaning find anyone you can /party (enter name of character) in game and hunt anywhere, toghether or apart,and u get charisma.
