Advice for returning player

SABAKU	Hi everyone, Sorry to make a big fuss with a forum post but I'm finding the site difficult to navigate. I am a returning soma player from Sweden and I am delighted to have found this free server / revamp of the classic game. I've seen a lot of conflicting posts and advice on how to get started back up. I'm willing to put the time and effort into success so please let me know any tips for levelling up and so on. DIZUKE	I would hold off playing right now until server admins make a decision on whether they are either wiping the server or create a new one like vanilla soma. LUP2SCUS	said so in a previous post if you think 'legal buying and selling' is a way forward .. open your qvc channel it's not what gamers want.. or play for Gm can make the game thrive again with a restart.. or watch it dwindle in a cycle of corruption and toxicity... All depends on their.. or his .. desire to take things forward.. or not.. LUP2SCUS	by making items...at a certain+ .. untradeable.. so players have to make or do their own upgrades or click a crafter to do it for them little stuff would undoubtedly get traded or 'sold' but wouldn't be £100's flying around for +6-7-8 bows or accessories etc.. not perfect..but an improvement on what's on offer atm with current craft rates and more mats available.. most players could get their own crafting skills if they wanted it enough there's proly lots of things Finito could add or do fixes to in a rewind not sure with all the cheating and toxicity that plagues the game now..that he would want to waste his time doing it at least a rewind would put everyone back at square 1 and on a level playing field x . WEDDINGCAKE	I’m struggling to see how a wipe fixes anything …. Bots will still be there, pilots will still be there, the same two guilds will be there, buying items will still be there…. Back to square one with 1000s of hours wasted. You’ll have this on every game, why is soma different? It’s the usercount it’s so highlighted due to low numbers. Low numbers not because of bots or people selling items low numbers due to content…. No cap raises no real content updates and in a year. A awful launch of valour patch that stretched out over 9’months with no commutation from gms and only just got in a good position. No a rewind fixes fuck all.
