Make combine top level legendary

RAVENSOUL	Not a bad idea, it certainly would give players more incentive trying more combines but I think due to the tag of legendary then the price should increase maybe double cost for this addition. Z	LUPISCUS is right. [Epic]x2 combine should come with a rare chance of highest quality [Legendary].
