I know it's more work, but can't you look into the chars that you have cought botting and anyone they actively traded the drops to (not just sold but where there storing the items) ban with the botted chars[/quote]

You've Banned my devil archer for no reason.... Accessed my devil crafter ilori for upgrades recently whilst logged into mania now it's banned.
Done nothing wrong😂 I shouldn't be on the list on ilori and mania shouldn't be banned, Fact you catch people red handed and their not banned and your banning my chars on hear say blows my mind 🤷♂️

Ah so it was your char ILORI who's crafting bot malfunctioned in pande then around that time im sure there was a post made about it on here. Moral of the story don't give known botters access to your accounts.

Any char that's been botting and your 100% on(plus any linked your 100% on) perm ban them
Ppl ain't going to stop botting unless you come down hard on them, usercount may suffer in the short term, but if you get a handle on the botting ppl will start returning

Who is funding these investigations? It seems awfully one-sided to me and in addition it appears as though retroactively applying bans to characters based on trades and item traces rather than putting the time in to catch them red handed in-game is part of the problem.
We saw a whole bunch of characters actually caught red handed a few months ago... all of them are unbanned now with a few exceptions such as DAENAERYS etc. It is a complete joke and a total mismanagement of the rules based system of the game.
