If you unban all and wipe server then the botters and cheaters will come back and do that over and over again.
The server will not be wiped. End of story. And if you do something illegal then you should be ready for the consequences. |

buying and selling for £'s seems rife atm..
would be good to see top end/ champ/valour stuff easier to access.. so everyone can get a piece of the action.. and the value of said items would be less and.. if more accessible, the desire to buy and sell them would be less.. less cheating = less bans and less work for Finito investigating and sifting thro shite on the forums win win for all ( except those that paid big £'s for their items.. oh dear )

As with all types of RPG games, as the user's effort and intrinsic value for high-grade items decreases, their desire and passion for playing the game decreases. What would you aim to play if all the items were easy to obtain? This is the basic ecosystem of RPG games.

"23434" There's a significant difference between easier and easy. Even if you, almighty anonymous level 1 char, think it's fine, the fact that's there's about 4 active legit players left should be enough to demonstrate that most players disagree.

There's a significant difference between easier and easy. Even if you, almighty anonymous level 1 char, think it's fine, the fact that's there's about 4 active legit players left should be enough to demonstrate that most players disagree.

Anyway, GMs painstakingly created the TOV system and made it easy to access new items. It's just that users are lazy.
Also everyone know GMs are busy. we should just thanks to keep this server alive. Always play soma with a grateful heart. Human greed has no end.

Most other people quit, cos, you know, valour stuff is broken and beyond tedious to aquire and upgrade. It's funny how the only people who don't think the system is completely broken will only post off completely anonymous chars, I wonder why that could be...

turn up with ur main... 10-15 others there.. out of the others .. they have like 2-3 alts there standing around doing nothing .. quick jog around so they don't get kicked you do your best .. waste/ burn ur pots .. while all the lackies are there getting their free scrolls... great idea and well executed by the gm ..but way too open for abuse.. only useful for those who can ba to log on multiple characters.. valour/champ stuff been ingame now , err 2 yrs + and all it's done is alienate 3/4 of the server.. but been great for a largely pisstaking majority and a few lucky guys who've made a mega weapon.. combine that with ppl buying stuff/ frags/ insane double tab accessories .. it's not an attractive proposition for players to return or even consider trying to catch up.. look at the hsoma emporium to see the silly bids on items.. ( most of these guys selling/ trading 19 dex rings etc have barely seen a mob that drops the items to make them ) Up to gm's to start to make things more accessible .. or be left with nothing but a rl £ economy

It's how people like ibv where able to get crazy dex gear long before everybody else. I suggested making dsoma and hsoma frags seperate and not crossworld but was ignored. It's probably too late now anyway the damage has been done.

maybe we get some easier accessible champ/valour in near future to alleviate the need to buy items problem which seems rife
at least keep the scroll drop rate from mobs as it is now after the event finishes.. would be a good start |
