"_CHAOS_" It gets "shut down" because it's a dumb idea, as has been explained to you time after time after time. You have never once tried to address the issues people raise with it, presumably because there's too many big words for you. The hypocrisy of you of all people daring to comment on "bitters" and corruption is painfully embarrassing.

The reason it gets shut down everytime because the majority of the remaining people who use bots are darklegacy side. Every single person has responded in a rude or negative manner is affiliated with Dark legacy.
Bitters don’t want it because they just farm for items so it don’t suit there needs.
It also means dark legacy have to login and actually play if they want to sustain game domination.
If dark legacy don’t promote it it’s unlikely to happen, it because of any form of corruption just manipulation from their alliance.

A possible quick fix for the stat system. Make hsoma same as dsoma stat allocation until it can properly be fixed. That way you would get 5stats per level?

It would also mean the end to the bullshit con/healing and perfect stat route, allow people to use first gen chars again. Only people with anything to lose are the ones doing afk aura casting for 8 years

I have a few suggestions that I believe will help boost the economy and encourage more hunting in the game. Let's start with ToV. The human side seems to be harder since they use Dsoma monsters, and the amount of monsters doesn't scale with the number of humans. To address this, I propose a bigger boost to Valour rewards every 5th round(10valour). Additionally, I think it would be great to add a new boss at round 40 for both sides. This boss would drop Valour weapons, with only one dropping at a time along with top-tier armours.
To tackle the issue of AFK players, I suggest remove immunity when entering TOV and opening up PK for 30 seconds during the 5th and 15th rounds. This will discourage AFK players and make the gameplay more engaging. Remove being able to hit all boss mobs with immunity on. All event bosses , it's been a while since the drops have been updated. I recommend adding another 10k HP. As for the item adjustments, for humans, I suggest removing RDT, DT, TOW, and adding CDT, DDT, Insight + Champion armours. For devils, I recommend removing Sword of Darkness, Axe of Oblivion, Spear of Bloodthirst, Grim Xbow, Knuckle of Devastation, and Staff of Shadows, and adding Negamare Spirit, Negamare Crux, Negamare Lifeblood, Negamare Tears, and Negamare Ess. Introducing some trading mechanics and encouraging item breaking. I propose creating two new upgrades that can only be made using cook from existing items. Currently, Hsoma Keen Eye and Devil's Pill (Accuracy and Evasion) add 3%, 1%, 1%, 1% + 1% for a max upgrade of 5+ 7% I suggest creating a new version of these upgrades that add 2%, 2%, 2%, 2%, 2%, 1%, 1% + 1% for a max upgrade of 8+ 13%. This will also create an ingame ecconomy with current items like frogs herbs and livers. Item 1 would be called "Eye of the Keen" and would require Keen Eye and Negamare Tear to create. Item 2 would be called "Angel's Pill" and would require Dragon's Pill and Negamare Tear. For Dsoma, they already have Keen Eye, so I propose the same upgrade with a max of 8, but this time it adds 2%, 1%, 1% for the 6th, 7th, and 8th upgrades 9% in total. The item to create would be "Eye of the Keen" and would require Keen Eye and Negamare Spirit. Id like to add a new upgrade tag called "Specials." This tag would drop at a similar rate as "Intense," but items with this tag would come preloaded with selected specials. For both worlds, the specials would roll between 2-5 for Str/Dex/Int/Con/Wis and between 2%-5% for Evasion/Accuracy. Health/Mania would range from 10-100. These are some ideas that I believe can be easily implemented to bring excitement to the game. An easy solution to the issue of cap raise would be to implement a minimum of 10 additional levels. My suggestion is that once a player reaches a strength or intelligence stat of 255, they would continue to gain at the same rate as they did from 230-235 until they reach 300. This would create a range of 255-300, where the stat progression remains fixed. This means that levels 250-255 would be slower, but once you reach level 255, you can start to see some really nice variations in classes. With the proposed changes and the addition of 10 levels, everyone would have the opportunity to create new items once they reach the cap (end game). To address the imbalance in damage and defense between humans and devils, I suggest giving devils 2 additional points in any stats for the 10 new levels. This would help bridge the gap and make humans more competitive. It's important to consider that leveling a devil already requires no effort, so making them harder would not be fair.

The issue with just doing a recalculation at the current effective stat cap is that it's so slow getting there that it would require way more than 10 levels to be added at the same time. Everyone except the most str/int focused chars would just get stuck in that slow zone, with some pretty weird mismatches in stats resulting.
It's the easiest way to do it but it needs a ton of levels to be added to actually work and that brings its own set of issues. As for the upgrades, constantly adding the-same-upgrade-but-higher-numbers hasn't been a good thing and doing it with evasion/accuracy would go the same route. Adding random stuff like that with little thought is precisely why virtually every upgrade bar a small handful are worthless and aren't even worth picking up off the floor. The base upgrades were actually pretty good, a game where we could get rid of double tabs, +3 magic attacks, +8ss etc would be a better game.
