Best Valour weapon for 238 str - 195 Dex?

Hello, I capped the char with 238-195 str-Dex.
What kind of Valour weapon fits my stats specially to boost up. my performance at WotW please?

LVL 135

Any advices pls?
My best items are Horned bow +5
Titus set+2 (Eva)

Should i hunt for champion set and Valour weapon or best is to remake the char.
My 2nd char is LVL 94 doing Dex with bow and healing for int (88).
