Its not really an issue, and a lot of time is being used on the DDos attacks, but I just though you'd like to know, I know a few have gone through this, I DCD during gv last night on 65.77 rested looked on forum at like..... 3? It said I was like 72% , logged on 10 minutes ago and was still at gv with the 65.77

My understanding:
The rested counter on account management works independent of the Server. It is not connected in any way except that when you log into the server, the server sends the website a message so that it has the correct value. Let's say hypothetically that rested increases at 5% per hour. Therefore it is not hard to make it so that the rested bar on the website goes up at a rate of 5% per hour, completely independent of the server. This works fine so long as the server is up, with any discrepancies being minor and going unnoticed. But when the server is down it becomes obvious, because it carries on totting up your rested as if the server was up. But then you log in, and it finds out your real rested and resets.
