Hey guys I haven't been on in months and thought I'd come online, but there has been a update and for some reason it won't let me on,

I've reinstalled the game 3 times
Rebooted my PC countless times
In the "launcher" file i have put "3" in as I seen someone said to do

Any other ideas to why I can't get it to work?
