Perhaps they should be updated with world-specific item ID's so they are no longer transferable between worlds.

Just need to look at emporium. Constant threads of peeps selling +5 weapons in bulk. I've played a lot the last month but the amount of upgrades needed for these items without including failures/breakages just doesn't compute.
