"The Farm", where is it?

Hi all, bit of a noob question here, only recently started playing again after many years and would appreciate if anyone can help! I was reading the wiki and it mentioned I can pick up some crafting robes from 'Old Weaver' at 'The Farm', but I've no idea where that is or how to get there, couldn't find any info searching the forum, if anyone can point me in the right direction that'd be great, thanks.
