I have to admit, the current wotw system is flawed. Why don't you just make it 25% drop each week? That way Conti will change hands more regularly, more people will attend... problems solved!

"ZARK""SHATTERSTAR"Surely, you're assuming everyone has played the same amount of time. What lvl are you? your clueless as anything. also why do people use int robes. #1 because some int gear has as much defense as the ARMOUR E.G rare nightmare hat 5-6 )same as gold) #2 your int devs hurt A LOT #3 get a clue and stop pulling random shit out your arse you ignorant idiot.

No. Hsoma have hardcore players too like Dsoma. Also annoys me when people say "omg dsoma lvl so fast 1337".. No we dont.. We don't have distractions like int and str to worry about.. crafting to do.. upgrades to mess with.. blah blah.
Turn up in STR gear and you might actuially not get owned.. yeah the mages might get you but you cant have it all the same.
Your sorc gear with some Magic def has like 0 Melle Def. You might aswell be naked when going toe to toe with a Devil.. Go get some str.. Get some decent armour like Dsoma have and then come back in packs and kill us.. Seriously.. Its not hard to work it out.[/quote]

The problem is we will never be able to fight 100% vs 100% because even 3 on 1 devs will destroy at those rates.

Alright, let's take a different approach to this.
What do the humans want to show up? It's clear that not everyone shows up. So what does it require for everyone human to want to come WoW? What would make you want to win. We know HSoma as a whole race don't want to win. Why? Because I've yet to see a COMPLETE GUILD show up in ONE group. This is regardless of team work while fighting. What does it take for all humans to want to win conti and show up as a guild or even as a race, like dsoma does?

"GHOSTLORD"Alright, let's take a different approach to this. Its fine as it is, eventually a percentage will come where it is balanced (we are still waiting for that time), and both sides have a roughly even chance of winning, The problem lies is that humans will just wait until this percentage has become relatively low, and the fact that they know that the week after they are guaranteed to lose it anyway when it is 100 / 100, is a big off putting factor... See this thread: http://www.myth-of-soma.com/Forum/Thread.asp?ID=496&title=The+way+WoTW+works&Page=1 Say we have an even fight at 65% (Devils) and humans win, If next week devils go to 70% instead of 100%, humans may actually turn up because they know they will still have a chance...

"GHOSTLORD"Alright, let's take a different approach to this. I’m sorry, Ghostlord, but your posts are getting worse and worse every time I check these forums. 1: Every player in HSOMA wants to win WOTW, but there’s no way in hell they’re gonna show up when the top 3-4 players in-game are getting 2-3 shot by devils (at 70%??). As for holding a stone that's a completely different matter. 2: Even in a group, without DB humans aren’t doing enough damage. Say what you want, but I saw 2-3 devils last night tanking 5-6 humans ALL casting magic and that included 2 humans with 90+ int. Are you saying that with more numbers it would make much of a difference? All it does is give archers more time to 2 shot the casual players in Gold / plate armour. Until we have DB, you MAY have a point. 3: Another problem I find is the lack of IQ within the DSOMA community. Too many players simply do NOT understand how Soma works. They’re basically playing a different game right now.

"GHOSTLORD" That the userbase that contains 75% of the usercount wins 75% of the wars and every discussion post war is about how Devils need to use team work in order to win. There's no rational reason for DSoma existing in the first place, the fact we've reached a point where you'll willingly piss off 75% of the userbase to please the 25% who want to play DSoma is beyond farcical.

As far as comedy goes this comment has just made my day, thanks rofl. Pretty much can't stand hsoma anymore because it seems to attract all the whiners and people that throw their toys out when they don't get their own way, oh and lets not forget the kids running around acting like they're entitled to special treatment just because they play hsoma and hsoma came first. We're all players here playing on the exact same server.

No offense intended here but isn't that more a fault with the players rather than wotw itself if people choose to just not go? Sorry if I'm just misunderstanding what you're saying here. I see you at every wotw like you and I respect that but those that don't bother going simply because they're don't like to pvp and would rather craft in town while their race gets smashed is rather lame in my opinion. Everyone can be of some use even if it's just casting things like blind/confuse/weakening/slow.
