I think there may be a bug with the Prismatic Shadow drops and I would be grateful if a GM could look at this please ... ?
When a Prism dies, if it drops barr only, the Barr will drop central to the Prism corpse like this; (You will note the Barr is central to the corpse) When a Prism dies and it also drops an item (in the following case a mana pot) the "item" drops central to the corpse and the Barr drops to an adjacent free space; (Notice the "pot" is central to the corpse and the Barr is below) I know the Prisms drop dried frogs and a number of my guild mates have said they can get up to one or two a hunt (I assume a hunt means until they run out of pots). Sometimes, of course, they get none. I haven't been getting any frogs which I put down to bad luck and my guild mates exaggerating their claims. .... .Then I noticed something; I killed a Prism and the Barr fell outside of the corpse leaving "nothing" central where an item would normally drop. I killed more Prisms until I ran out of mana pots hoping it would happen again so I could get a screenie but it didn't (perhaps 50-70 kills). Then I checked my WH and noted from the last 2350 kills I have received; Barr Mana pots Nightmare shoes/hats etc. but, crucially, these; 18 Prism Crystals 14 Medium Jades Zero Frogs Could a GM advise please ? Is there a "condition" that needs to be met for a Dried Frog to drop that I don't qualify for or is there a bug? (The 2350 kills above is based on my current Int level and the following data; 75-80int 12 kills per 0.1 (approx) 80-85int 20 Kills per 0.1 and 85-90int 25 kills per 0.1) Thanks Jac *Edited for typos

Quite unbelievably, at 4:50pm (time 1), a frog dropped to Prism.
Was a bug addressed in between the original post and the above time or is it a co-incidence (and the drop rate is really that low?) Indecently, the frog did not drop central to the corpse, the "centre" was blank with no barr (I screenied it) Jac

When drops aint going under the mob im pretty sure its just the mob not actualy being on that spot, but showing it, when i trained at prisms it wouldnt let me weaken one within range although the server showed it to be in range.
Pretty sure everything is just rng and no bug

Thanks Monster .... You may well be right about the drop and the mob position 8)
Another frog dropped at 6:55pm (Time 13). I had logged for food then came back on about 1 hour later. Two frogs in about 2 hours (about 70-90 kills) I assume a GM has "fixed" something ? Jac

This is the most likely scenario. Lag mobs are an old thing, they drop their items where they really were.
