It's also to do with the finished article as well; you can waste the mats while making. Sort of why we'll see SS sell for for 4-5m over an LD which would cost you 3m. I don't buy Occultist Emblems, so you very well may be right there on their pricing, I'm not sure and can't argue with you there. I myself would buy DB's at 300k, though.
