"MRPORK"Mental health isnt a laughing matter. For may years men have just brushed it under the carpet because that's how we have been brought up. But it is a big killer and men need to talk and help each other not just keep it bottled up. Z if you need any one to talk to feel free to contact me I have been there myself I have been in a dark place and I have come out the other side I know from personal experience it's not easy but it can be done with the right support. Don't bottle it up talk to someone and you will feel a whole lot better when you do get it of your chest mate. Thank you. The reason I even make things public now is for this very reason; the importance of expression. Even just writing it, knowing that at least one person is going to attempt attacking you is enough reason to do so. All that comes of it is resilience, you can then also find like-minded individuals and expand your own networks. It's a road full of construction works and I simply hit a rut was all. Overworked, new projects etc. "VERSTAPPEN"No one laughing, being a cunt and rude to people has nothing to do with mental health. Hey, hey, first of all I wouldn't go as extreme as saying I was anywhere near being like the first of the two there... However, you are wrong. Without you having to educate yourself on any of the many studies related to this topic, here's a basic practical experiment anyone can do. Wake up to a new day and begin the following: do not consume food for 24 hours with no liquid intake for the first 16 hours and do not sleep in this same time. Check your efficiency levels after. See how well you fare with patience against frustration, how your general 'mood' is etc. You probably don't need to conduct the experiment to know where it would lead. This exercise simply shows that with things as simple as sleep deprivation, hunger or dehydration a whole slew of issues occur in the brain beginning with heightened levels of cortisol. Inarguably, your mental health has an effect on your behavior. Period. Some people can't even keep themselves properly together throughout a day without a cigarette or their morning coffee.

Verstappen should take the advice of Z he is clearly unhappy in his own life and feels the need to lash out at people online, very unhealthy behaviour.

"VERSTAPPEN"Being a rude cunt has nothing to do with mental health yall need to realise that 😅Cursing someone out that you've already helped that is constantly just throwing commands your way isn't being a rude cunt, it's dealing with that same energy as such. And repeating something you're wrong about doesn't change the fact. Doing better, though. Cheers. 😅

"BIGBULLY""BASARA""VERSTAPPEN""BASARA"It's good for mental health to not socialize with people with stupid disabilities. There's nothing good about hanging out with stupid, unmannered mentally disabled people like you. Those who commit evil acts, bully the weak, and use auto-bot are just rubbish. The place where you are now is a garbage dump. I hope you compete there and become the best trash. I don't get along with trash and I don't want to be liked by people like trash. you big trash hahaha
