Not gaining cha on dsoma

Not sure if I'm doing this wrong but I've gone from 10.0 to 10.7 cha after full lvl of party. Am I doing something wrong?
Need 35 for guild.

hi, you need to make sure its the character you want charisma on that is killing the mobs
