Clarification sought on Humans vs Devils rules

TIBI	Essentially, if a high level devil soma player or high level hsoma player logs on a fairly okay character of the opposite race and lures others into a raid which then allows that high level player to multibox and kill the players raiding because he knows exactly where they are etc.... Does this break any rules?
