Hi

I started my char with 10 int, how do i raise it to 11 to get a spell please.

You can learn a healing spell off swordman madoru east of tyt east gate to get the int up.

Alternative is you do the 1 stat reward quest to gain the 1 int.

The spell Madoru can teach you is cure wounds, then just cure players till you reach 11 int.

It’s pretty quick getting 11 int using the cure wound spell, but last resort is make a new character which won’t take too long and if just starting out again your not losing much.
