"BASIL"Nomat, my main problem is work and kids >.< on a good week the least ill work is 60hours on a bad week 90-100 hours, then kids and wife on the weekends :( You have responsibilities in life lol, wife and kids are more important than soma as you know. Alot of people don't have a wife or kids to worry about. You should aim to just play on rested. If you can only play the time you say then you shouldn't have a problem having rested most of the time. I only level on rested and always have done. Don't have time to level without it.

I enjoy playing soma I might get 4-12hours a week. Worrys me that people still find 10hours a day :o it's a killer hunting 6 hours of non rested at my level lol[/quote]

With zombie spell left the way it is, Dsoma will stay fairly inactive.

"TED"With zombie spell left the way it is, Dsoma will stay fairly inactive. I don't think zombie is to blame for dsoma being inactive tbh, I'm fairly sure other reasons easily outweigh zombie. In my opinion the number one reason is easily the grind. There are players both mid and high who have quit or become inactive and have never even come into contact with the spell. Old returning players wouldn't even know what zombie is.

You have never been able to understand the finer points of macroeconomics James.
Yes there are other factors at play, but those only perpetuate the in-balance issues caused by zombie |

"TED"You have never been able to understand the finer points of macroeconomics James. Of course there are other factors at play, Mark. I just don't think zombie is a huge part and no I'm not saying the spell is perfect before you say anything but since this isn't a zombie discussion thread I'll leave it at that.

zombie spell is rediculous overpowered, Even zombie pads are too overpowered. I definately will not hunt in conti again, as u cant pot when devils are attacking you. I find GVW pointless now, as people have worked hard to gain stats to hold the stone, but once that spell has casted its byebye

I actually like zombie at gv on hsoma. The stone changes. Last one I died rapid twice basically because on the stone my eyes are on my hp bar only and I forgot to look for zombie. First time I had 160 +100hp pots and second time around 140. Had I remembered I would've held. Had it not been there I wouldve held from the first time I got on.
Gv the week before I actually remembered and still held for a reasonable time. I like the fact a Lvl 40 can come to gvw wearing his little zombie pants, fire a few light swords at me and be responsible for knocking someone of my level off the stone and changing the outcome.

Zombie is a more harsh on dsoma I think due to our damage being higher, I respect the fact people work hard for their stats etc but I've always been against having one person hold a stone for a silly amount of time with no stone change.
Bad enough when you look at how many people are 90+ on dsoma there's practically no variation in classes which for me makes gvw boring regardless. If anything I think the pads should have never been introduced, they're generally too strong for dsoma pvp especially for dex classes.

Pads are ridiculously strong however I share iphios' views on the Gvw impact. Holding a stone for 45 minutes wasn't fun for any party involved.

When I first heard of Zombie being introduced I thought it was definitely something HSoma needed, but not something for DSoma.
