Character Pinning Issue

I've not long made a char so I can have the ability to Trade/Store items as one normally does but I am currently having issues with being able to Pin the character I would like to be able to access the forum with, does anyone have any ideas or solutions on what it could be.

Just login to your account, you'll see your 3 chars Infos on the right, at the righthand side of their banner you'll see Pinned, Pin 1, just select the one you want to be pinned and away you go.
