Special Repair npc

Hi,

So I was thinking, a special repair NPC or option at blacksmith would be nice.
200-250k per special repair.
So it still leaves player SRs worth while, but just gives that option for players that need it and can't get it.

look for franco in tyt i believe he sells one per soma day but limited stock or something. I'm not quite sure.
