As far as I am aware on no private servers has this spell ever worked properly, it does not allow you to gain blue skill or int while using it. I can't remember if it ever worked properly on E-soma even, as i would have had 100Blue skill by the time it was introduced and not used it to level with. However it'd be good if you could fix it.
