[/quote] The second question that pertains to the rule doesn't make much sense as you could very easily implement a weekly time limit per character. There's also been a rested system, so the game can tell when you're in town and you could always afford that time to the character for free. There's certainly ways, but it's down to the discretion of Finito, and is it really that many players doing this or just a handful? And what would the stat caps be anyway? 320 INT? 350 STR? 300 DEX? That would still be months upon months of grinding for most players.[/quote]

[/quote] Just because there are "40 active players" doesn't mean that a blind eye should be turned, this is quite possibly the dumbest thing that anyone has uttered and this mindset is exactly what has enabled this go on for months, from both sides. There is no rule that says you can't pilot, multis are allowed and this is known. But, you do know that pilots are getting paid for their service of playing the account, right? A simple IP sweep would be sufficient in catching the people that have been abusing them for the small price of £5 a day. This is the same as buying items, which is prohibited; but no action has been taken. There does not need to be concrete proof either, just some discretionary judgement calls but it is far too late. The bigger issue here is that people are resorting to cheating and using pilots to play the game - the game play loops are boring. As you start reaching the "higher" stats, a genuine question anyone asks is: "is this worth it?" and in the current state the game is in: it's not! Being a neutral player is unrewarding. Being a PvPer is unrewarding. Everything wrong with the state of the game has been mentioned dozens and dozens of times, on the forums, in the discord... to no avail, all you can really hear is your own echo. The game will dry up in terms of users without doubt, and by this point, given the constant unresponsiveness and inability to do the simplest of things to clean up the player base, what reason does anyone have to return to play, one more time? Especially when there are/is several servers that show so much more promise. This patch was quite literally the lifeline that the server needed in terms of UC, and it did deliver. The follow up was and is pretty appalling though: sporadic updates, patches and zero testing/balancing; the nail in the already packed coffin was making Az pills' SS range, and then introducing ToE as a separate item, changing the recipe, still kind of unbelievable how this happened, it all really does happen on a whim. Kudos to anyone that will still continue to grind 12 hours a day, 18 hours a day, even 1 hour, knowing all of the above, enjoy the remaining embers of the server.[/quote]
