Well leveled a alt on young giant spiders outside left gate from 1-14 levels without a drop .so is drop rate that low or am I fighting in wrong area or wrong mob?

hi

you are in the right place and the correct mob, drop rate is ok, its just only time people hunt them is for ess. you have just been unlucky , i know 1 person who had 3 in about 20 mins, but not on a noob.

I can agree with this also. I was running around getting all the essences, only to find the str requirement had increased. Now its taking up WH space.

You know if you've started collecting them and you have that many stashed up, just finish the set and hand them in :}
