Could the price of materials come in line with what is being crafted?
The cost to buy materials out weigh the resell price. 110bar to craft one 10hp 300 attempts - 33k 150 made - resells 900bar To even use them would be pointless :0 |

Looks like potion crafting and even on hsoma you don't make barr from resell I've only ever made 10hp pots can't say if u make barr on other stuff

I'm sorry to disagree but potion crafting never has been for barr. I'm not saying I'm against making it more economical but it's the wrong crafting for barr, even in HSoma.
Each time you use a crafted pot saves you 'potion npc cost' minus 'production cost'. Selling them to an npc would be madness if you'd ask me. I remember winning loads and loads of potion mats on esoma. I loved using W1 mana posts for int hunting, then again I had over 10k of them. lol. Ideas I'd prefer over making it profitable: - Make them worth using (less weight than npc pots or a tad less CD) - Reduce the cost slightly to be more economical - note: I don't believe pots should be NPCed for profit. - Add a "money recipe" Some info I'd like to see: - The potion you are making and it's stats - The mats used and their price - The price of the NPC equivalent *edit* Remember that not all pots will be as economical as the others. Try looking for the least costly one that gives back the most value - either in hp/mp gained or potential selling value to players.

And that was short-lived. Sylver most likely already changed it this morning to reflect HSoma material costs. Which is a fair change that also reflects both my point of view and yours.
