[FIXED] new fix

LAFITE	Hello, ISYLVER Also in this update we have fixed a bug where users could surround themselves with monsters and attack a boss - effectlvely cliffing a boss. sorry but that fix seems not work like it should. This fix dissallow everyone from distance attacks. Just tanked saurus and ppl who wasnt in range1 couldnt attack. FINITO [Staff]	There is currently an issue because I used the wrong coordinate system in the implementation. Will be fixed in the next server reboot.
