"FINITO"Edit: Fixed. Black dragons blood will now work on armor, and accessory items (it was already working on weapon items).

Will look into getting Black dragons blood returned to those who wasted them on armor and accessory and/or adjust the item upgrade level. This will take some time to sort out. I will private message affected characters.
