"NITE"Level Cap at the moment is 100. I am level 50. Multies will 1 hit me in 1 month time :). Implement level 70 cap atm i'd say. Its not mathematically possible, stop with your hyperbole. People like you massive exaggerate to the detriment of other players. You don't even benefit from impeding other people from playing. I said in the other thread, your logic would be: "Set a level cap to level 30 so that all people who make characters today can catch up to Raptors/Elder Gazers! I'm only level 12, it's just not fair!!" Has as much reasoning as what you're promoting. If you want to be stronger than you currently are: PLAY MORE.

Instead of capping, why not set the rates to Esoma at a certtain point say 70+ till more people catch up if it's truely such an issue? Believe this can be done with the rates now, if not, ignore the post.

"NITE"Level Cap at the moment is 100. I am level 50. Multies will 1 hit me in 1 month time :). Implement level 70 cap atm i'd say. This EXACTLY the kind of thing I based my first post off of lmao, people wanting a level cap often aren't even thinking about improving the actual server they're thinking about themselves and trying to cover their own backs because they can't play that much. So because you're level 50 you think a level 70 cap is about right because it suits you? so I guess if you were level 30 then a level 50 cap would suit you great right? lol behave yourself mate. For anyone saying that modern games have an earlier level cap you'd be right but also understand that in modern games once you hit the level cap there are a TON of things to do, soma doesn't have these options especially on dsoma once you can't level anymore the game is pretty much over and you're reduced to logging in twice a week, three times if you count sacred stone.

"MONSTER"People can still lvl int/con if a cap was on hsoma, as for dsoma a cap so early would kill its usercount as there is nothing much todo other than level and attend once a week events if one was capped and the other wasnt it would not be fair and i wouldnt like to see dsoma die so nope devils will always be waiting on humans to catch up no matter the level cap, the high the level cap the long devils will have to wait Leave it as it is Humans winning conti will slow devils levelling abit as they want conti abs/other mobs but apart from that only other choice is slowing devils exp gains down, which will probs being more flames and shit with it either way there no winning for somadev team. edit: Maybe dsoma needs something adding to distract them from levelling! I don't play dsoma for the fact there is nothing to do apart from levelling. could be wrong but what I know about dsoma could be written on a stamp.

The only thing I do find amusing is that most of the people responding in this thread with the answer "dont implement a level cap" are the people that are hardcore and spending 90% of their lives in game ... I'm not suprised you clowns dont want a cap. I think there needs to be something in place to bridge the gap, maybe not a cap as end game would suffer ... but something to stop the average player from being 1 shot at wars etc. In an ideal world I would love to turn up to WotW and GVW and have loads of similar level players fighting and using team work to win ... rather then 5-6 god like characters that are unstoppable.

The only clown here is you. You want to put a limit on people who have free time to play simply because you don't. If you want to be as strong as the strongest, put the time in. If you don't have the time? Oh that's just shit isn't it... You're going to be the same as 95% of the playerbase.

People should just play when they have spare time or whatever time they're prepared to invest and stop crying about it, it's getting boring.

I'm casual, I don't get one hit... These so called 'godly chars' aren't so godly, I have seen them drop they are far from unstoppable... I don't agree with putting a cap on at all, though I agree it would possibly be more fun if people were more equal, but then this is soma not wow... It's always been this way esoma people had years of a head start, all p servers people get a head start and the same with this, get used to it...

Breath, relax, and enjoy this "game" k I have work 6 days out of 7, finish work at 18:00 each day and am only online for about 4 (to 6hrs if i'm not too tired) a day, that's if I'm not going out or have other plans and I don't get 1 shot by these godly characters either. I simply don't waste my time when I'm online farting about complaining of others achievements. Get out and level up, stop whining because others actually play, rather than bitch.
