I've been thinking about all these "little" changes that will have a major effect in game. (Mainly dsoma).

I made a post a while back asking for peoples ideas and views on drops for mobs and bosses and drop rate to increased. also pmd gms direct link.

In general dsoma is the best it's ever been hands down and is now becoming on par with hsoma with content ect,

And something else I'm struggling to come to terms with is that fact I need to punch to stand a chance to hunt the next monster I need to kill to gain stats from. Is it possible to look at a new mob on par with wbm that isint request I take a healer or have to punch to be able to take it on?

I was also reading about conti monsters, I think dsoma conti is well suited for a level 15 to a level 75 and all mobs dropping stuff to make it worth the risk, I don't think the wbm are worth hunting or any better?
And with humans it's only worth hunting for Nms and lbs? Conti should be worth having for all levels.
Again I think the people of the forums have voiced there opinions and would all like these changes.

I know Isylver is busy and finito is busy but surly these changes could all together take 2hours to do? Most of these are simply queries in db. These changes are needed and have been for a very long time, I can't see why anyone would say the drop rates are fine or wow mobs are fine or even using a healer to hunt is fine.

I don't want to sound like I'm not great-full cause to be honest I'am.
It's not about making the game easy, it is about making the game more enjoyable.

basil you can hunt KL until 132str
and you can hunt EGF which have alot lower int untill level 80+


Would be brilliant if Conti Wbm were sorted, you get a drop every 100hours maybe lol, They drop fairly decent barr but hunting in hwan you can end your hunt with a full invent of close helms etc which pay for resi's and pots.


Could put Boars to the right of EB, with a 10% boost in exp and drops

Apai and Trolls put out of the way on the castle map so lower levels don't get grieffed and to allow humans to raid abit more safely

still think it's silly that you need a healer to hunt wbm, think now they have a range att the magic could do with removing

Egf give to low exp due to a lot of Def

Lizards in conti don't drop special gems, so make more money in ic even tho they drop less weaps

If hogs/ api are added to conti I'd rather other mobs where moved round, dreads/fireworms/warmest could move into castle map seen as nothing there is hunted apart from the ice golems maybe

be miles easier without a healer!! and free up all the extra chars needed for healing lol

or could remove there range attk and leave with magic attk so its same for everyone and not just dexy chars :P

Well guys i changed my mind bout rate drop keep it like this coz i think more better then if u got all weps n armors intense + then pple will quit coz they riched to the top i'm lvl 100 and i'm keeping play only for drops so make me woke up evry morning searching for inetnse knux / armors ... if i got all thoose things i dont need to play soma again until they change the cap 100+ so i'm cool wiz this now and u should all be cool bout this rate drops for more houres playing searching for them ... just stop crying n blame human bout rate they have better rate drop they are loads about 100+ human we r like 50 so should be like this

Don't want to sound like a dick here but I think wbm have been changed enough in terms of damage etc and that's me speaking out as a non dex character. Doesn't matter what you do dex characters will always have it easier.

Not everybody had epic or intense invul as easy as you aquired it.

Give away the good invul that you got from the Koreans and you will change your mind back.

Do you really 'need' a healer or could you say, screw it, I'll stay 1-3 lvls longer on KL and take WBM one by one (don't say it's impossible I've hunted the entire test server by doing mobs 1 by 1).

It's a serious question. What creates the 'need' for a healer. Is it competition? Money? or pure neccessity? Or simple laziness?

I only used a healer one level at wbm and that was because someone gave me one, which didn't happen until I was level 85+. Before that I simply lured up to two mobs and used +20 pots.

its the drops that need sorting tbh you can live with the damage and expense they cause

Hwan Wbm are 1000x better than conti

Theres 4/5 people minimum a night hunting wbm from our guild and not one person has got a drop worth anything

Hwan wbm are ok i suppose as they drop close helms which sell for barr

Conti wbm just dont drop anything but barr and metal/meat which no1 knows what to do with yet,

would be nice if frogs herbs etc could be implemented to give dsoma a market place

Give conti a well needed uphaul with the ideas s0rc suggested and bring the pos shop back into use even if its putting items in like PP's, rested potions a pos counter for boss spawns etc

but its all time for finito/isylv.. hopefully a quick fix im not sure

It could sell presents for xx pos to hand to "santa" to spawn a boss?

Usually need a healer because its that damn expensive using pots at wbm, even an extra 5 levels at Kliz would still make wbm painful. When you consider they have 270 attack and 145 magic attack, you'll only be taking min dmg near at like level 90+. You're pretty much forced to use a healer since you only get that sorta defence to take them comfy at 180+ str and with bar drops being reduced greatly on mobs like ebs going from 500~1000 to 100~200 etc it only added to the problem since people don't have millions stored away ready for them. But with a healer it's all no problem, and people can also do egf but most people are reluctant because they're a slower / running.
Unless you're a dex char, kliz aren't too great until you're on like 130+ str and with a shield to take min dmg due to them having 240 atk, and by then you're at kliz "too late" and need to move on to wbm.
Also on the test server rates were a ton faster so you wasn't at mobs for long as well as all mobs dropping their esoma barr drops with an additional 1000 so was a lot more viable there :P
But in the end you can either suffer with using a healer at wbm or to the easier route and do egf, so i suppose it's all null in the end. So i don't really see a problem.

Think s0rc's suggestions in the wotw thread should really be taken into consideration for conti as well. Especially since humans actively avoid going to wotw / owning conti to stop their rivals getting zombie insteada winning conti to help the people who could hunt there. Maybe then, they'd fight for it more since it'd be more better to own it, than lose it. And if drop rates were upped a lot / added to conti it'd deffo make it more desirable too. Atm i don't hunt conti wbm because i get more from Hwan in the form of devil helms etc.
