If that was what was stated, then you would be correct.
Openthedoor said 170dex knux and 200dex archers have a higher hit rate. They do not. If a boss has 1,000dex, a 170dex and a 200dex character will have the same hit rate as a 10dex character. This is what Pathologist was saying, and not what you are claiming was said, which brings accuracy gear into it. In addition, humans with accuracy gear will have a higher hit rate than any devil, as it is 'hard accuracy'.
