[FIXED] Rejectnote doesn't work

Please could /rejectnote <name> be looked at as it does add people to rejectnote but they can still pm you.

Will be fixed in the next server reboot for an update.

Can workaround the bug until then by adding the player using all capitals for the name e.g. /rejectnote FINITO
