As a means of sanctuary when PvP becomes too heated the casual joe has the ability to TP to the guarded safety of Thousand Year Town City Centre. A thriving metropolis of peace and tranquility.
I chose a harder life style. There are no guards. In the Gypsie Village I am the guard. I and others like me. We have no safe haven. We have nowhere to heal our hurts without the ability of our foes following us into town.

Would it be possible to make the use of gypsie tps exclusive to devil and wicked moral players? all can enter the village which is fine but I don't think all should have direct access.

Also I'm all for being banged by a guard should I enter town.
Although when I enter devil owned castle do the guards need to bang devil moral humans :( They should be singing our praises

Agree with that, only devil/wicked players should be able to use the TP's

only seems fair that pk town tp should req negative moral, however I think a pk logout timer should be added (stop ppl loging out grey) and maybe depending on your moral reflecting how long you are grey
