Looking at the armoury under mummy, it has a list of devil dropped items at 'the farm' would it be too much to introduce a devil warp there for us to farm these items.. Cretin could be the dsoma frog! We would also require a npc to learn the crafting auras!
Maybe make it level 100 or sr req. skill to get there!
