Seasons = short term seasonal server which begins and ends in a shorter amount of time.
Each season changes things up, removes and adds new mobs, items, ways of doing things, keeps things fresh. Old players will return because its less about who has the most time to play and more about having fun in the time the season is up. Gives more opportunities to players to have fun and be a part of PvP as the power gap is much smaller. A simple idea that I think would allow greater flexibility in what can be changed/tested and just greater fun all around. Lastly, charge £5 a month for it or something, make it worth the effort.
