Just went to look at the Soul Access for him to tell me that he cant get any stock in as its far to dangerous
think this might be a nice way to increase mat restocks (think the devil ones are a little low if more than 1 person is after) as well as making conti that bit more appealing So basically the owners of conti get a bigger restock of mats, due to the richness of mats available from conti(might be a good idea to add a limited stock of conti mats to the vendors also, only available when that race owns conti) Possibly introduce a a vendor to conti that is linked to the restocks of the conti mats, if killed (by the opposite race) then they don't get that restock (spawn this vendor 20 mins before the restock with a guard shout for the opposite race)
