Now that int has been made OP and super fast, you can give staves less magic dmg. Seems fair.

That's not really the point now is it?

Cheaters are rewarded, and everyone else because of it. It would make sense to lower staff dmg, thats the one thing cheaters cant cheat (as far as I know of).

there was no cheats involved it was a program called pingzapper that is used in many other games to normalize the ping of a game. and casting is bugged to fuck now because of the attempts to do it via the game.
