i dont find increasing rested to higher lvl a permanent solution,because ppl will always ask to be raised instead id prefer to see weekend/weekly events with increased exp/drop rate from mobs to keep low/mid lvl players play more and incencitive to higher lvl players to logg in and farm.

I dont think any capped chars are going to mind the boost. In my honest opinion boost it all the way to 95. What diff will it make? Most casuals will not even come out of rested..

We should be encouraging as many new players to hit the cap as possible, honestly needs a real big increase. Maybe total levelling speed x2 up to 100.
Up to blg or NM doesn't really do much as most players find these mobs at level 70/75 now because of borrowed gear. Just needs the XP rate set at x4 and increase how much rested regenerates up to 100 dramatically.

Something like this should be implemented once farming/group hunts etc are sorted, at least they will then have something different to farming quests.

This is much easier to do than anything else. As fast as I am aware Finito can quickly boost the server rates.

if people can get in game in to a point where they can actually get involved quicker then the game masters can just concentrate on getting some end game content.
A few mob spawns with nice upgrades and s new set of armour/weapons dropping will keep people busy for a long time. Just look at the test server for example it was always busy

If i hear one more person say test server this test server that i will quit for good >.> the test server was a load of crap the uc wasn't even that great and 1 guild dominated/griefed anyone above the lvl 50 seriously get a grip we don't wan't some leiver beasts, golems and fragasts to be new mobs.

Think gm's should spend 6 months on 1 big patch, and take their time to get it right with new end game content, gear, quests, map maybe new level cap aswel.
