[DSOMA] Repair that no longer destroys items?

NIV	After recently going to repair a few bows where all 3 broke with 100+ dura it has left me dead in the water as the bows are very hard to come across - cursed fiend bow (if anyone has any I'll buy :D). Anyone else feel the same? I'm not saying that we should remove the need to repair items but ensure that the repair does not destroy the items. SLAYER	NIV whilst hunting always keep an eye on your weapon, especially as an archer. if an item has over 10% dura its 100% repair.
